It's been pretty crazy this week, we were really busy. BUT
FIRST OFF!!! Shout out to my bro Hunter and now sister Cydnie for the marriage this
past week! It's crazy how fast time flies and he's already married now! My
family has already grown quite a bit in just over a year!
So it was my last week with my stellar companion, Elder
Clayton, and because it was his last week, the members really wanted to feed
us! So we had like 7 meals with members over the course of 4 days! So it was a
lot of food, it took a while for me to actually feel hungry again, haha, which
was weird not feeling hungry for multiple days. But then we were also busy
trying to meet other people too, so we haven't even had time to do weekly
planning for this week (which we usually do a week in advance), haha, so we are
gonna try to get that done tonight.
So now that Elder Clayton is gone, I have a new companion!
So that makes me at 11 companions over the course of 8 transfers, haha, which
is quite a few! My comp now is Elder Meeks (as expected he's from provo, utah)
and he's gonna be awesome. So now he's the other zone leader with me, so it'll
be fun to serve together!
Other highlight was that we had a Mission choir performance.
The stake we are serving in is new to the mission, so the mission did a choir
performance for them and it was awesome! We have to memorize all the songs in
Korean, so as I’m preparing I regret doing it (except technically this time
they asked me to do it because they needed more basses, haha) but then during
the performance the spirit was so strong it was all worth it! We also sang a
song and learned the Korean sign language for it, so that was cool.
All in all, it was a great week! were there any low points,
besides my companion leaving and eating maybe too much food, not really. Were
there high points? yeah it was great. Sure serving a mission can be hard, but
it can also be tons on fun and such a spiritual adventure. We are praying to
get some more help or referrals from the members, so if you are looking for
something to add to your routine prayer, please pray for a miracle with the
members!

Yeah a whole year! Kind of crazy! Yeah it went by super fast, it's just weird to think I now have less than half my mission left... !
